The tin carries the "origine certifiée Sud-Ouest" (certified South-West origin) and "confit de France" logos, the "family house since 1890" signature, and shows a golden-browned leg in a casserole with its potatoes. Two legs per tin is a two-cover portion: the format that lets a restaurateur serve the dish à la carte without opening a bucket.
