Preparation tips:1 chicken of about 1.2 kg. Place the meat in the bag, sprinkle the seasoning and add the water: 1 chicken of approx 1.2 kg + 7 tablespoons of water. Close the bag with the clip provided, mix gently and place it in a suitable dish. Bake on a grid in a preheated oven: bottom of traditional oven 200°C: 1h10; bottom of convection oven 200°C: 1 hour; middle of gas oven 180°C: 1h10. Open the bag, being careful of the steam, take out the chicken. Mix, it's ready! No need to salt. Can also be cooked with drumsticks and chicken thighs.
