Organic extra virgin olive oil CARAPELLI Classico, 750 ml bottle. One point deserves a professional buyer's attention: the label states an origin of "European Union and non-European Union". This is the broadest wording the regulations allow, and it means the olives may come from several countries, including outside Europe — regardless of the fact that the CARAPELLI house has been Florentine since 1893. This is not a quality shortcoming, it is sourcing information that must be known before reselling an oil as Italian. Miamland lists organic oils and condiments for resellers, delicatessens, the hotel and catering trade and institutional catering.
